Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your WearTicker account and associated data.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line WearTicker Account Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your WearTicker account, and include that account email address in your message.
- We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What data is deleted?
WearTicker stores the email address associated with your account. Once your deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete that email address and the associated account record from our active systems.
What data is retained?
We do not intentionally retain your account email or account record after deletion is completed. Copies that may remain temporarily in routine backups or system logs will be removed through the normal rotation or deletion process, unless retention is required by applicable law.
How long does deletion take?
We will review and process verified requests as soon as reasonably practicable. If any data must be retained for a legal reason, we will retain only what is required and for the period required by law.
